Warranty

The Boerne Ballistics warranty is about taking care of you, our valued customer. We want you to be fully satisfied with the product you purchased. This is our promise to you:

We will repair or replace your Boerne Ballistics brand product in the event it becomes damaged or defective, free of charge. If an instance arises where your product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition.

In our view, life happens and when damage occurs to your valued firearms and accessories, it doesn’t matter whose fault it was, or where you purchased it.

Exceptions

No Liability

Boerne Ballistics does not assume liability for any damage to you, your weapons or guarantee your installation.

All weapons are inherently dangerous, and you as the operator must assume responsibility by taking reasonable measure to test and verify your setup before use.

Continuous Improvement

At Boerne Ballistics, we go above and beyond standard industry practices to continuously innovate and refine our products. We believe improvement never stops — nothing we create is ever truly “done.”

That said, our commitment to a lifetime warranty does not extend to providing free upgrades for every product revision to all past customers. We kindly ask that you not request complimentary upgrades under this policy.
